Postgame Lunch Saturday June 2

We will have a post game party at Gazeebo Burger on Parker just west of the Tollway immediately after our game this coming Saturday.

PLAYOFF SCHEDULE

Team,

We will be in the playoffs.  If we win our last game we will likely stay in 2nd place.  If we lose we will likely be in 3rd place.

Either way we will play at 6pm on MONDAY, June 4.  If we win that game, which will most likely be against the Blue Jays then we will play in the Championship game on THURSDAY, June 7 at 6pm.

At this time we are only scheduled for the Monday game but please put both on your calendar.  If you cannot make either game please let me know as soon as you can.

No Practice This Week.

Parents,
I recorded a little video if you would like to share with your player.  As I look at the standings it looks like we will make the playoffs.  Looking forward to our last game and the postseason.  Please encourage the kids and let them know how much they are improving.  It won't always show in wins and losses.  The words from Mom and Dad are most important.

We will only have 9 players today so we need everyone to be there on time.  If we have less than 8 we can't start the game.

Picture Day - This Saturday April 21

Parents,

Picture day is this coming Saturday, April 21.  Our pictures are scheduled for 8:20am. 

Our game is at 9am.  Please make sure the kids get enough rest.  The early game caught us by surprise this week.  Hopefully next week we will be ready to start the game in the first inning.

Practice Today

We will practice at 5:30pm in Frisco. I have canceled the batting cage reservation. We will practice in Pearson Farms at 5:30pm.

Opening Day

Well Opening Day was a rousing success!  It sure was hot! We do not have a game this coming Saturday and the next 2 games are at 9am.  I am very happy about that.

The team played very well.  I am looking forward to this season.  I have created this blog as a place to share updates and photos.

As you prepare to mark up your equipment please double check that you have your equipment.  Matthew Pratt ended up with the wrong helmet.  It is a plain Navy helmet and the one he ended up with a helmet that is too small.

Let me know if the blog works for each of you.  I thought it might be better than a Facebook Group.
